Shipping + Handling

Domestic

All online orders are paid via credit card, debit card, or PayPal at this time.

We ship anywhere in the United States.

Orders will ship within 3-5 Business Days. During higher volume sales it can be up to 7-10 Business Days.

Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

All orders are shipped using US Postal Service.  All Orders placed after 12:00PM PST (excluding orders placed on weekends or holidays) will be processed the next day.

We offer free shipping on US Ground orders only. Free Shipping is through the US Postal Service. They take up to 2-10 days.

If you purchase Priority Shipping we will get your order out within 1-3 days, and USPS will have it delivered within 1-3 days after your order has shipped.

Once your order is processed you will get an email that contains your tracking info. Please use this to track your package.

Anahata Rae is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International

We use US Postal Service for international shipments. 

Standard International Shipping is $15.

Jewelry can sometimes take extra time going through customs, which may add some time to your shipment.

Any duties and taxes, if applicable, are the responsibility of the international customer. 

Please ensure your address is correct as Anahata Rae can not be held responsible for any delays or lost packages due to an incorrect address.
