Returns

Anahata Rae gladly accepts unused, unworn, or defective merchandise returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery with the exception of sale items which are final sale.  

All jewelry packaging must be intact and returned with the product.  

All returns will be refunded to your original form of payment.  Please note that a flat fee of $8.00 will be deducted from your return total (U.S. only).  

For items returned after 14 days, Anahata Rae will gladly issue a credit within 30 days of delivery with the exception of sale items which are final sale.

If a return does not meet the above requirements, the return will not be accepted and will be immediately returned to you. We reserve the right to refuse any return due to signs of wear or misuse.

Repairs

If the item was purchased within the last 6 months and and we have confirmed we are able to repair the item, there is a 10% repair fee. If the item was purchased over 6 months ago, there is a 20% repair fee.

Due to the one of a kind nature of many of our pieces, we cannot guarantee we can repair every piece made in the collection. 

Items purchased through other retailers whom are located within the United States must be returned for repair to the store where the item was originally purchased. They must request a repair authorization and have it shipped to us directly. If the item was purchased within 6 months, there is a 10% repair fee. If the item was purchased over a year ago, it is subject to a repair and shipping fee.

We are unable to refund any shipping or handling fees related to your purchase or return.
